New to the group fitness timetable are 30 minute “intense” circuits – for those with minimal time who still want to get a great workout in! These will be a “mini” bootcamp style exercise session that will work the whole body, with a variety of exercises including jogging, push ups, skipping and boxing. The aim of the session will be to get your heart rate up for the full 30 minutes and squeeze as much exercise into that time as possible! Perfect for those wanting to lose weight, increase their fitness or tone up!
