If you’ve been thinking about getting fit again, or thinking about coming and trying a session, then next Tuesday night is THE night!

“Newbies Night” is a chance for you to try a group fitness session with us, with others who are new to the group. It can be daunting the first time for some people, so this is your chance to come along and feel comfortable that you won’t be the only one!

Join our friendly group of regulars for a session of cardio work, weights, some boxing and abdominals work. All fitness levels are catered for – we don’t mind if you’ve never exercised before, if you don’t like running, or if you haven’t trained in 20 years – our group suits people of all ages and fitness levels.
