With the Melbourne Tough Mudder only days away, those from Health In Motion Fitness competing are now winding down the training in preparation of the big day!
After months of hard sessions of running, boxing and weights, the tough mudder challenge will be less tough, and more achievable for them all! With our competitors spread over both days of the challenge, it will be a big weekend at Phillip Island – starting at 8am on the Saturday.
