New to the group fitness timetable is the Wednesday night session at 7.30pm. This session is a 30 minute “intense” weights circuit, aimed at burning fat by keeping your heart rate high (no rest between sets!), and toning and strengthening muscles.
The short session seems to be a winner, with plenty of people keen to give it a try tonight! This may be the start of more short and sharp sessions to come!
The weights session is run in Seaford, and is perfect if you want to lose a bit of body fat, keep your fitness up, or tone up some of those flabbier areas of your body!
