The Saturday morning “beginners bootcamp” sessions are back, and going well!

These sessions are an opportunity for those new or returning to exercise to come and have a good workout, without the pressure of keeping up with the fitter and faster ones in the regular group.

It is also a great opportunity for those with niggling injuries to keep exercising without pushing themselves too hard.

The sessions involve some light jogging, boxing, weights, kettlebell training and abdominal strengthening, aiming to work the entire body in a 50 minute session. Even if you are new to group fitness or exercise, this session will be easy for you to jump right in to and enjoy! No co-ordination required, and your trainer will keep a keen eye on technique etc to ensure you get the most benefit and minimize the chance of injury.
