Throughout the website, we speak of the “kettlebell”, and sessions involving it’s use. So what is it?

The kettlebell is a weight training tool, basically shaped as a ball with a handle on top. It differs from the traditional dumbells for example, in that the weight is unevenly distributed, meaning you burn more calories and incorporate more muscles and ligaments when using it.

It’s a simple piece of equipment to use when instructed correctly, and something which will see you have great gains in terms of both muscle strength and definition, as well as increasing your heart rate to help burn body fat & improve your cardio fitness.
