Last Saturday saw the beginning of another 12 week block of bootcamp! We started the 12 weeks with fitness testing – to help gauge how fit everyone is now, where improvements are needed, and to see at the end of the 12 weeks just how far everyone has come!
In the previous 12 weeks we had seen more great improvements – weight loss, increase in strength and muscular endurance and as always improvements in the notorious “beep test” – a test of cardiovascular fitness. Hopefully, there will be even better results come September!
