Monday July 16 will see the 6am timeslot change from “circuit” to “barbell fit”. This new addition to the timetable is a class similar to Pump – a class that works the entire body, gets the heart rate up and helps burn plenty of body fat!
This class is suitable for all fitness levels as participants use varying levels of barbell depending on where their strength levels are at.
Numbers for this fitness session will be limited so bookings are essential.
