Winter in Melbourne can be tough-the cold, rain & wind doesn’t always make for highly motivating training conditions! But the exercise must go on! It’s time to find a solution to the winter excuses of “it’s too cold”, “it’s too wet” and “I can’t be bothered”….

– Buy a waterproof jacket

– Train undercover (we have a private in home studio-dry & warm!)

– Warm up before you leave the house (star jumps, pushups & squat jumps will do)

– Get training with someone else – you’re less likely to cancel if you’re letting someone else down. And if you train with a group, there’s even more people you will be letting down!

– Set yourself a goal – lock yourself into a fun run in 2 months time. Nothing motivates more than the fear of not completing something!

– Book in with a personal trainer – we are here to motivate and make you accountable for your training and your health.
