Last weekend saw another group head down to stunning Rye on the Mornington Peninsula for a detox bootcamp weekend. This weekend was a “low impact” version, but by no means an easy day spa weekend!
After a great beach walk on the Friday night, followed by a yoga & pilates session, Saturday morning saw the group join the regular “bootcamp” group for a 2 hour session of hills at nearby Arthurs Seat. All the hard work of the hills was worth it with the amazing views from the top.
Saturday afternoon, after a healthy lunch, was some free time, followed by another few hours of exercise! Tired, and a little sore, the group sat down to a nutritious and tasty dinner, well deserved after such an amazing day full of exercise.
Well done to all who attended, for their endless enthusiasm, motivation and willingness to try everything! I am sure there will be some lighter, healthier and happy people this week due to their ability to manage this detox weekend without complaint! Good luck 🙂
