The May Detox Bootcamp weekend  is booked, so get in quick for the June 16-18 weekend.

This is a chance to eat well, exercise lots, and relax in a beachside house on the Mornington Peninsula. It will help get you back on track with a healthy diet, give you new meal ideas to take home, and hopefully kick start some weight loss for you too, as it has with others who have previously attended.

The cost is similar to what you would pay for a hotel for the weekend, so the fact that all food, fitness sessions and dietary advice are included is a bonus!
