Only one week left of the May Fitness Challenge!
We will re do the fitness testing next Tuesday night to see who has made the most improvements in fitness-the testing covers all bases – cardio fitness (important for your heart, lungs and mental health!) as well as muscle strength and endurance.
I’ve been very impressed with the extra effort that has been made in getting to sessions (yes, even in the cold weather!) and pushing each other that bit harder. Amazing what a bit of competition can do for some people!
Good luck with the last week of training – hope to see everyone running and push uping their way through the sessions this week with extra vigour!
