9.15am on a Tuesday and Friday we run group sessions that are suitable for mums & bubs. These sessions are perfect for after school or child care drop off, and all are welcome, with or without kids!
These sessions are circuit based, so all fitness levels are catered for-there’s no one to keep up with, only yourself! The sessions are a mix of cardio and weights, and work the entire body from head to toe!
These sessions allow mum to bring baby without the hassle of childcare-as long as bub is happy in the pram or lying on the floor playing, then they will be fine! If an hour is too long for either mum or bub, you are also welcome to attend for only 30 or 45 mins – a short session is better than nothing at all!
