2 days and counting until the next detox bootcamp weekend!

This weekend, based down at Rye on the Mornington Peninsula, is a time to train hard, eat well and learn new ways to exercise, cook healthy & relax!

People who have done previous detox weekends with us have seen up to 4kg weight loss over the weekend, plus additional 3-4 kg’s during the following week & beyond, simply by changing up how they eat, and increasing their exercise to push themselves through a plateau.
