Demand is high for the next HIMF Detox Bootcamp Weekend! March 16-18 is the next date, with limited places available.

This particular weekend is suitable for all fitness levels as it is a “low impact” weekend-so no running. There will still be plenty of exercise with lots of beach walks, yoga, pilates and boxing.

The aim of all of the Detox Weekends is to help kick start your exercise routine, increase your motivation to train, help you spend some time on “you”, and to teach you how to eat healthy, nutritious meals that will help nourish and energize your body and mind. It is about exercise, nutrition and wellness.

The cost for the Detox Bootcamp Weekend is what many would spend on just one boozy night out, with much better results afterwards!!
