Health In Motion Fitness offers Online Personal training as one of it’s services. This allows people the freedom to train when and where they want, with a program designed specifically for them.
How Does Online Personal Training Work?
When you sign up to train online, you are first sent out a questionnaire to give your trainer a good indication of what you want to gain from training, where you are currently at with your fitness and any health or medical issues you have that may affect your training.
From here, your trainer will prepare a fitness program specific to you and your goals. This will take into account what equipment you have access to, if you are currently exercising and any specific areas you want to work on. This program will have instructions so you know exactly how to do each exercise and for how long. On a regular basis, this program will be adjusted and changed to keep challenging you!
Who can use online personal training?
Anyone! It is ideal for those who are in remote areas and don’t have access to a good quality fitness centre or personal trainer, or those who are at home with young children, but really it is ideal for anyone who wants to get fit in their own time. Your trainer will keep you accountable with regular email and text message support, as well as offering dietary advice. All of the bases are covered, and you don’t have to step foot into a gym!
