Just under 2 weeks until Run Melbourne! With plenty of training underway, I’m sure all of the HIMF runners will run great times on the day!

Make sure you make the most of the training time that you have left before the run – Wednesday night this week will be a longer run (14+km) around Seaford and Patterson Lakes, as will Sunday morning (16+km) around Patterson Lakes and Bonbeach. The week leading up to the event will see our training taper off – but we will keep the running up so we are fit and firing for the day!
