With several groups preparing for the upcoming Melbourne Tough Mudder event, training is well under way! Tough Mudder is a fitness challenge to test all levels of fitness and strength, as well as the mental strength of those competing! Training so far has involved plenty of running, boxing, dozens of push ups and lots of kettlebell work – with plenty more to come! Battling ropes are ready to test the upper body strength of those who want to compete, and there are many more strength and agility training sessions to come to get everyone into peak form for the end of March!
