This coming Saturday, June 1, is the start of our Winter 12 week Challenge!
The challenge aims to keep the group motivated and training throughout the cold winter months. We will start with fitness testing in Chelsea on Saturday morning, to give us a starting point, and be able to gauge how far everyone has progressed over the 12 weeks.
Throughout the challenge, there will be “mini” challenges each week to test everyone’s fitness and stamina (200 burpees anyone?!), as well as some “different” sessions such as indoor rock climbing, trail runs and the “fittest athlete challenge”.
Currently we have over 50 people signed up, and with the challenge starting in only a few days, you need to get in quick if you are keen!!
