Online fitness training is the new way to train for many people:

  • Those who want to train outside of conventional “training” times
  • Those who would prefer the privacy and quiet of training alone
  • Those who want the focus of their own individualised program
  • Those who have young children at home and can’t just pop down to a local class
  • Those who are in remote areas where quality fitness training isn’t readily available

Online training is available to anyone, regardless of where you live and what facilities or equipment you have.
A personalised program will be designed for you based on:

  • Your own individual goals
  • Your current fitness level and ability
  • The equipment that you have available to you (including nothing but your own body weight!)
  • Where you want to train-lounge room, back yard, local park or beach, local gym
  • The time that you can make available each week

These online fitness programs are the best way for you to see results fast, as they work with your requirements. If your best time to train is 5am each morning, at home, then a program will be written for you based on this. These can be designed for weight loss, muscle gain, sports or event specific (fun runs etc), basically anything that you would like to achieve is made possible through this training. Diet guidelines can also be included.

 

 

 

 

 

How does online training work?
Initially you will fill in a questionnaire to determine what you want to achieve, how much time you can make available to train, where you will be training, and what level of program will suit

you. From there, a program will be designed specifically for you, and you can start immediately! No need to fit in with anyone else schedule, you train where and when it suits you. As you progress, you can have the program updated, and changed, to keep your body improving and keep you interested and motivated.

Which level program is for me?

There are several options available:


PLATINUM

$22 per week-$3.15 per day

This is the top level training program, for the fastest results.

This is the highest level of support and guidance and will keep you 100% accountable.

You will receive:

  • Online support from a qualified trainer 7 days a week
  • Weekly check in messages to keep you accountable!
  • Entry to an online support group to share ideas and challenges

  • Personalised nutrition plan to help you reach your goals faster
  • New, healthy meal options sent to you weekly

GOLD

$20 per week- $2.85 per day

With the gold program, you receive:

  • An individual program based on your goals, time & equipment
  • Everything you need to get you results fast, whether you are a beginner or have trained for years
  • Online support from a qualified trainer 7 days a week
  • Weekly check in messages to keep you accountable!
  • Entry to an online support group to share ideas and challenges
  • New training programs to keep you motivated every 4 weeks
  • Personalised nutrition plan to help you reach your goals faster
  • New, healthy meal options sent to you fortnightly

SILVER

$18 per week- $2.57 per day

With the silver program, you receive:

  • Everything you need to get you results fast-ideal for those who are not absolute beginners
  • Online support from a qualified trainer 7 days a week
  • Entry to an online support group to share ideas and challenges
  • New training programs to keep you motivated every 6 weeks
  • Personalised nutrition plan to help you reach your goals faster
  • New, healthy meal options sent to you monthly

BRONZE

$16 per week- $2.28 per day

With the bronze program, you receive:

  • An individual program based on your goals, time & equipment
  • Everything you need to get you results fast-ideal for those who have trained before & simply need guidance
  • Online support from a qualified trainer 7 days a week
  • Entry to an online support group to share ideas and challenges
  • New training programs to keep you motivated every 8 weeks
  • Personalised nutrition plan to help you reach your goals faster
  • New, healthy meal options sent to you monthly

With several options available, there is something to suit everyone. You may decide to start on the platinum until you reach your fitness goals, then drop down to silver to maintain.

All training is set in a minimum of 6 week blocks to ensure you have adequate time to create healthy routines and achieve the goals you set out to.

All online memberships also have access to our virtual workouts.
