Owner & Head Trainer

Hi, I’m Heather Robinson, the founder of Run Fit & a passionate advocate for helping people discover the joy of running & fitness.

With over 25 years of experience in training & coaching, I specialise in run & event training, weight loss & body toning, & love creating supportive, inclusive environments where runners of all levels can thrive. Whether you’re just starting out or chasing ambitious goals, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

With a sporting background in hockey & netball, I initially took up running to enhance my performance in team sports, but it quickly became a passion of its own. Over the years, I’ve embraced the challenge of fun runs, marathons & ultra-marathons, & I love helping others discover the joy of running & realise just how much they’re capable of achieving.

My expertise combines health science, group & personal training, sport-specific training, & sports massage, along with hands-on experience in large & small gyms, personal training studios, & expansive fitness centres.

Run Fit developed through my love of running, and watching people aim for and achieve their running goals. I enjoy nothing more than someone who “isn’t a runner”, finding enjoyment and fun in running.
