7am spin class today with some core work at the end. Get a big cardio session in early so you can enjoy the rest of your day!!
Spin is a great calorie and fat burner, and the harder you work the more you burn, so make the most of it today. It’s also great for the leg, glute and core muscles so it’s a fantastic all rounder in terms of improving your body and fitness.
