More high intensity sessions are starting this week!!

Included in several of our classes throughout the week will be 20 min high intensity portions where the aim is to work at 90-100% of your maximum. This type of training helps improve cardiovascular fitness, sprint training, fat loss & pushes the threshold at which your body feels fatigue.

These classes will be included on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s each week and we may sneak a few in throughout other classes too.
