“Move in May” Challenge is on! Our challenge aims to keep everyone fit and active throughout May as we head into the cooler months. Challenge is FREE to join, and the aim is to be active at least 30 mins every day for the month of May. Keeping a regular routine helps to maintain both physical and mental health-something we can all continue to improve.

Run Fit Wellness Day – coming in June. A day of massage, meditation, yoga and learning about gut health, sleep and how to get the best from your body and your mind.
