Inspiring Journeys of Fitness & Health

Jodi has transformed from a casual runner to one of our most consistent & dedicated runners in the group. She has improved her pace significantly, & in the last few years completed her first of many marathons! She continues to go from strength to strength & is only getting fitter & faster.

Ian has been training with us for many years, starting out as a pool swimmer. Over the years he has lost a significant amount of weight, while becoming a strong & consistent runner. Having completed many runs over the years, including numerous marathons & ultra marathons, his routine now of both running & HIIT keeps him in top running shape all year round.

Marie came to us after previously doing strength & boxing training, but quickly became a quick & dedicated runner. Increasing her pace and distance over time, she comfortably runs 8-10km without much effort & despite moving away from, making her unable to attend the face to face training, she has maintained her consistent strength & running routine.

Jayne has lost a significant amount of weight since starting at Run Fit, & her running has significantly improved over time, seeing her run her first marathon in 2023. Her pace & distance continues to improve, & she manages her training around a busy work & family life.

Jade started training with us in April 2024, after an injury sidelined her from golf, with the hopes of maintaining her fitness. In a very short time, she had built up her runs to start participating in various half marathons. This lead to her signing up for and completing her first marathon in October 2024! Such a great achievement in a relatively small window of time, & just the start of what is to come.

Georgia has been training with Run Fit for a while, & stepped up her training in 2024. With an ultimate goal of completing a marathon in 2025, she has quickly improved her pace and distance, running a strong half marathon at Sandy Point, and continuing to set the pace at many group runs.
