Now is the time to start training for the huge variety of run events that are coming up in Melbourne!

We will have groups running at Run for the Kids in March, Run Melbourne in July, Mornington and Sandy Point in September, and of course the big one for the year, Melbourne Marathon. There is something for everyone, and whether you are an aspiring runner, or an experienced runner looking for a group to consistently train with, HIMF is the group for you!

We currently have 5 run sessions per week – Tuesday 6pm, Wednesday 6pm, Friday 5.45am, Saturday 7am and Sunday 7.30am. All levels are welcome, and all sessions are run in the Seaford Victoria area. No one is ever left behind, as the “faster” runners always lap back to the rest of the group, ensuring that we have a safe, supportive, and motivating environment regardless of where your running is currently at. We have all been the “slower” runner or the injured runner, so we all understand and support each other.
